General Mission:
The sales assistant intern will support the commercial deployment of NeuroClues on the European and US market.
Main responsibilities:
“Help bring the wealth of eye tracking to the clinic” from the sales back-office
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and orders.
- Support the Sales team in further developing CRM and ERP platforms
- Reduce the sales documents generation time by setting up ERP features
- Develop the integration of the ERP and the CRM
Occasionally:
- Support the marketing team in the identification and enrichment of prospects
- Support the marketing team in the participation and organization of tradeshows
Qualifications
You have (required):
- Training and/or commercial experience in sales
- Affinity with sales empowerment tools
You have (plus)
- An experience in sales of medical devices is a plus
- An experience with Zoho (ERP) and Hubspot (CRM) is a plus
And you are:
- Team player and result oriented: flexible and dynamic with a “get things done” approach
- Structured, with data-driven thinking
- Able to work independently
