Sales Assistant Intern

General Mission:

The sales assistant intern will support the commercial deployment of NeuroClues on the European and US market.

Main responsibilities:

“Help bring the wealth of eye tracking to the clinic” from the sales back-office

  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and orders.
  • Support the Sales team in further developing CRM and ERP platforms
  • Reduce the sales documents generation time by setting up ERP features
  • Develop the integration of the ERP and the CRM

Occasionally:

  • Support the marketing team in the identification and enrichment of prospects
  • Support the marketing team in the participation and organization of tradeshows

Qualifications

You have (required):

  • Training and/or commercial experience in sales
  • Affinity with sales empowerment tools

You have (plus)

  • An experience in sales of medical devices is a plus
  • An experience with Zoho (ERP) and Hubspot (CRM) is a plus

  • Team player and result oriented: flexible and dynamic with a “get things done” approach
  • Structured, with data-driven thinking
  • Able to work independently
